Employee Onboarding Automation
THE PROBLEM
Every new starter set off a week of coordination - HR opening tickets, IT chasing equipment, the manager improvising a training plan in their spare time. Day-one experience depended entirely on who happened to be free that week.
THE APPROACH
HR signs off on the hire and the rest happens by itself. Accounts get provisioned, the laptop is ordered, training is assigned, the manager and buddy get briefed, and a welcome pack is scheduled for the start date. The new starter walks in to a calendar already booked and a laptop on their desk.

WHAT CHANGED
HR effort dropped from a day per hire to under an hour. New starters are productive on day one, not day five. Every onboarding feels identical regardless of who's on shift.
