THE PROBLEM

Hundreds of invoices, contracts, and site documents landed in a shared inbox every week. Someone had to open every one, work out what it was, type the important numbers into another system, and file the original somewhere they hoped to find it again.

THE APPROACH

An AI pipeline that reads incoming documents like a smart assistant would. It tells an invoice from a contract, pulls out the things that matter (vendor, amount, dates, references), and files it into the right place automatically. A human only ever sees the exceptions.
