Sales Report Processing with AI & Sentiment
THE PROBLEM
Sales reps closed deals all day and remembered the details for about 30 minutes. Reports for management were either dashed off the night before review, or never written at all. Sentiment - how the client actually felt about the conversation - never made it into the record.
THE APPROACH
An app the rep can talk to or type into right after a call. The system grabs deal context from the database, runs the rep's notes (or voice transcript) through an AI pipeline for structured summary and sentiment, and drops a polished report into the right SharePoint folder. The rep moves on; the record exists.
