THE PROBLEM
Orders came in over email and were tracked in a shared spreadsheet. Customers chased the team for status, and warehouse handoffs missed orders regularly.
THE APPROACH
Canvas + Model-driven hybrid: customers (or sales staff) lodge an order, Power Automate routes for internal approval, and Dataverse tracks fulfilment. Customers and warehouse get automated status notifications at each stage.
