THE PROBLEM

Recruiters were spending 30–45 minutes after every interview rewatching recordings and writing structured notes by hand, then copy-pasting them into the recruitment system. Work was inconsistent and frequently skipped under load.

THE APPROACH

End-to-end Teams + Power Automate + Copilot Studio pipeline. Each interview is recorded automatically; the flow pulls the transcript, sends it to a Copilot Studio agent that summarises the candidate across 14 standard fields, and writes the result back into the recruitment system - no manual touching.
