THE PROBLEM
Every Friday, payroll lost a full day untangling crew timesheets - some on paper, some buried in email, half of them argued over the following Monday. Mistakes were caught after pay had already gone out.
THE APPROACH
A phone app the crew actually uses. Log hours against the right job in 30 seconds, supervisor approves with a tap, and pay - overtime, allowances, leave - is calculated automatically. One clean file goes to payroll.
